Upon successfully passing your exams or meeting certification requirements, our online training system will automatically issue customized PDF certificates to your personal account. These certificates are issued with your personal training details and are tied to your training history. To ensure compliance, please have your certificate fully signed after it is printed. If you ever lose or damage your certificate, you can always print off another one from your account at no charge.

 

Our training platform utilizes a 128bit secure connection to deliver your training and record your training details. This is the same connection used for online banking.

 

Your data is stored in an unmarked location with a single secure entrance, 24/7 video surveilance and security patrol.  There is a 2 stage security credential and background check process to enter this facility as well as a biometric security system in place. 

 

 

The compliance and safety of our clients is our top priority. As such, we provide 365 day/year end user technical support for any students utilizing the online training system. Support requests may be sent from within your account, where our friendly and helpful support team will respond to any online training related issues you may encounter.
