
How do I take my training?
Training must always be taken from a personal account. Login to your personal account (ensure that you are not logged into a Corporate account) and click on the "Start your Training" button. Click the "Start" or "in Progress" button on the applicable course and proceed through the applicable modules and exams. If you do not have any courses available, consult your training administrator or ensure that you have purchased the appropriate courses.

Why doesn't my login work?
Username's and passwords are case sensitive. Ensure that you are not trying to log in to a corporate account from the personal login box or vice versa. If you are trying to access an account created prior to July 21st, click HERE. To retrieve your password, click the "Login" button on the top menu and then click the appropriate "I forgot my password" link.
How do I print my certificate?
Your certificates are automatically issued to your account as secure PDF documents upon completion of the course or certification pre-requisites. Click on the "Your Account" button and then click on the "Print my Certificates" button to view a listing of certificates currently issued to your account. If you are having technical issues printing off your certificate, ensure you have the latest version of adobe acrobat reader installed. If you are still having issues, open a support ticket through your account or try printing your certificate from another computer.
Is this course valid?
Our course materials are updated regularly to ensure the compliance of our clients. Federal certification courses are valid across Canada. For further information, consult one of our sales representatives or the course product page for details.
After I purchase, do you send me a CD?
No, all of our content and exam taking process is online. Once you purchase your exam online, you can take your practice exams from any computer that has internet access.
Can I pause my course, and come back to it later?
Yes. A course can be paused at any time for later use.
How do I get help?
You can obtain help by using the support link on the menu, and sending a support request to us.
What happens if I forget my username or password?
If you cannot remember your login information, click HERE and we will send that information to you to the email address you signed up with.
